Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:

Return Period

You can return your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following requirements:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

  • The security seal (if applicable) must be intact and unbroken.

    If the seal is broken or removed, the item cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as undergarments, swimwear, or custom-made products) cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
